In keeping with client and market trends, Haven Engineering Services Ltd. has recognised the need for a formalised Quality Assurance procedure and has developed policy and procedures in keeping with the relevant parts of ISO 9000/BS 5750.

Haven Engineering Services Ltd. is a member of the Wales Quality Centre and on the 23rd November 2001 Haven Engineering Services Limited was awarded ISO9001 Certification (Q53794) for Electrical and Mechanical Facilities Management

It is the policy of Haven Engineering Services Ltd. that the service which the company offers to its customers, will meet the expectations and requirements that the customer specifies, and the standards the company promises. The company has a deserved reputation for instigating a high service level, this reputation will be actively defended and every opportunity will be sought to further strengthen it.

The quest for continuous improvement of our services will encourage all employees to improve our services by means of improving the use of materials, resources and time, and to make tasks more efficient. Such improvements will also make our contributions as a responsible company to protecting the environment.

This policy statement will be constantly reviewed to ensure that quality objectives are updated and achieved.

The Quality Management Programme used in the company is approved and audited internally and externally to meet EN ISO 9001:2000 Standards. This will provide the framework within which the company can implement this policy and meet its quality objectives.
