MAINTENANCE/PLANT OPERATION
Haven Engineering Services LTD has the capacity to provide a single
resource to perform total maintenance services or supplement the
clients' organisation for the execution of plant maintenance,
both routine and shutdown. This provides efficient, reliable and
cost effective maintenance with minimum management attention on
the part of the client.
Our service is totally flexible and ranges from
periodic visits to maintain specific items to a manned operation
where we supply operatives based permanently on site.
A fully manned operation can typically save up
to 20% of client's payroll costs and remove personnel related
problems, i.e. discipline, holiday and sickness cover, operative
replacement.
Regular proficient maintenance is essential to keep mechanical
and electrical plant running as designed and avoid the expense
and disruption caused by breakdowns.

CLEANROOM CONSTRUCTION
Since its formation, Haven Engineering Services LTD has had a
strong business relationship with the semiconductor industry.
This bond has strengthened due to numerous projects. The most
notable of these being the construction of a Test Operation for
STMicroelectronics, a Class 100 Cleanroom for ET Equipments LTD,
Class 1000 Cleanroom for Oxford Plasma Technology, and the total
Facilities support for Trikon Technologies Ltd.
Haven Engineering Services LTD is able to provide
a full design and construct facility for cleanrooms and full support
for its specialist services:
